After a Boy Scout has completed the requirements for any rank, they appear before a board of review. Its purpose is to determine the quality of their experience and decide whether they have fulfilled the requirements for the rank.
At least one district or council representative must serve as a member of an Eagle Scout board of review. After you have received the approval from council to schedule an Eagle Scout board of review, the person coordinating the board for the unit (not the scout) should use the following link to find a district representative for the EBOR. The district representative will contact that person to coordinate the logistics of the EBOR.
